Just to let you guys know I’m writing up a story version of Descent into Dreams (as it happens) for you guys. I miss writing a lot. Writing Windows to a Haunted Mind back in the day was a lot of fun. So consider Descent into Dreams writing fodder too.
It will be uploaded as a fic the day the last page of the intro goes online. I only have 2.5 pages left to complete of the comic so it will be very soon (ie) this week.
It will hopefully add an extra dimension to the scenes shown in the comic :)

So i’ve had my up and down, my triumphs and moments of wanting to give up trying alltogether. But I’m the kind of person who can get angry at herself for being apathetic. So the past week I’ve really made a big effort, started new tracking sheets and use my iPod step counter during walks to work and excercising. In the past few weeks I’ve come to that bit of my diet that ALWAYS screws me up. The scenario when i’m low on money and there is NO food in the house. We normaly order takeout online. But i said fuck it and IP banned all my usual places from my laptop and PC. So i’ll have to REALLY fight my guilt if i try to unblock the sites on a lazy day.
Yesterday after a couple of days of strict exercise I finally broke past that STUPID 85kg.something number that I’d been stuck at for 2 weeks.
So lets compare! Start weight - 88.6kg Current weight - 84.7kg Goal - 70kg
It wont be easy but i KNOW i can DO this! Every time i hit a new ‘lighest’ weight i just have to remind myself on a heavy day that i can reach that low number again and again. Last week my weight shot up and this week it’s going good again. As long as i keep chipping away and being sensible!
If anything this whole diet has made me see how much we all overeat for the little activity that we do. I can manage a day in the office and then an hour of cardio plus 3000 steps of regular walking on a fasting day with less than 500 calories. I get sleepy afterwards but I have this amazingly sharp focus on stuff. Less headaches, no more stomach pains in the morning from eating bad foods the night before. My skin feels nice and my wobbly bits are becoming smoother. I like this, I feel great ^^
